I thought I was gonna love this computer but... apparently not.

The last three days it has been in the school shop being worked on because it couldn't start up. I had it wiped and reformatted and waited three days. THREE DAYS. It was like hell. And I sound silly for saying that but when a lot of what you do is on the computer, it gets to you.

Well, I finally went in today to get it and the guy said everything was ready for me to use. When I got it to my room, it couldn't connect to the internet, nor could it find any networks. Curious I went to go see what was up and well the guy said when he formatted he forgot the WLAN driver.

How the hell do you forget it? But he tried putting it back into my computer and well... after about an hour or so, he finally calls me and tells me that it is the motherboard and that there might be more problems with it in the future and I have to send it in to the manufacturer.

Pretty much, it's translated like this "I FUCKED UP AND UHH... YOU'RE SOL SORRY."

Either I get this fixed when I get home after next week or I pay for half of a new computer. I can still get on the internet with the ether cord... but still I won't be able to access the internet from home, since it's all wireless.

I hated this weekend.

Yep. That's right, I'm headed to my first year of college.

It's gonna be exciting, but I haven't been getting to sleep very well as of late. I've been getting horrible stomach aches, and just really bad body pains. But besides that, I'm moving in tomorrow! 2 1/2 hour drive down to my college with my sister and mom. I also have to get a shot down at the clinic and so on.

Thus, there maybe a restriction on how much art I put in from now on. Who knows when the next time I'll submit something. I just doodled up a new ID for myself and I hope to make that my next submission.

I need some pointers on how to draw on an art program with a tablet. I just got a new one (Intuos 4 Wacom), and even the laptop before that I was still a little rusty on drawing with a tablet.

Anyone have any tips or pointers? How do you draw with your tablet on, let's say, photoshop? Do you draw big? Do you zoom in real close to put in details? Do you draw sloppily then go in for details and such? Lemme know!

ALSO does anyone know where I can find a good tutorial on how to outline pictures? It would be a great help~ <3
